AGENCY DEPARTMENT

- Fulfilment of all formalities and requirements related to the ship calling at the port and leaving it, such as customs and sanitary inspections, payment of statutory charges, obtaining of various documents etc.
- Timely procurement of tugs and pilots for the ship
- Assistance in the organisation and performance of cargo handling operations
- Regular reporting to the ship owner about the ship arrival, the progress of cargo handling and auxiliary operations as well as other essential circumstances related to the ship’s staying in the port, the ship departure and the cargo quantity onboard the ship
- Payment of all the ship-related charges and expenditures for the account of the ship owner
- Regular reporting to the cargo owner and the ship’s master about the practices, rules, mandatory regulations and other information data existing in the port or ports
- Preparation and execution of documents
- Participation in the investigations in connection with accidents and also in the drawing up of all kinds of acts (related to accidents, expert examinations, inspections)
- Performance of one-time tasks from the master, ship owner
